When does registration open?
Registration for the 2026 season opens on May 1st.
How much is registration?
Registration is $160 for the first player, $320 for two players, and $350 for three players. The family maximum payment is $450. TOPSoccer registration is $50 per player.
Who can register?
Players range from Pre-K to 9th grade for our main program. All Pre-K players must turn 3 before September 1st, 2026 to be eligible. Referees entering 7th grade for the 2026-2027 school year are eligible to register. TOPSoccer players range from ages 3-18, and TOPS Buddies must turn 13 prior to the start of the season.
Why is there a registration fee?
A nominal fee is added to each family’s registration. We cannot offset this fee by paying by check, PayPal, Venmo, or other e-payments. The fee is assessed directly by Sports Connect, our website hosting platform. It helps cover use of their player insurance site, coaches training tools, and website hosting. BITS cannot remove this fee from any registration. It does not go to the club; it goes directly to Sports Connect.
When are the games?
All BITS games are played at White Oak Park on Saturdays.
- 9:00 AM: Pre-K, 6th-9th Grade, TOPS
- 10:45 AM: Kindergarten/1st Grade, 4th-6th Grade
- 12:30 PM: 2nd-3rd Grade
When are the practices?
For players in Grades 2-6, there are five Monday Night Clinics during the season, with the schedule still to be determined, as well as a planned Goalie Clinic. Coaches for Grades K-9 may also hold additional practices during the week at their discretion. These practices are not set by BITS. They are set by individual parent coaches and will be communicated to the team in September. Players in Pre-K do not have weekly practices or clinics. Their only time slot is Saturday morning.
When does the season start and end?
Our 10-week season starts Saturday, September 12th, and ends Saturday, November 14th.
What about uniforms?
BITS provides a reversible pinnie for Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade. Players in 2nd-9th Grade receive a blue shirt and a white shirt for home and away games. Players should wear black shorts or pants with their pinnie or shirts to complete their uniform. Socks, cleats, and shin guards must be worn for all games.
Can my child wear earrings?
No jewelry may be worn during BITS games, practices, or clinics. Parents planning to have children’s ears pierced over the summer should keep in mind that all earrings must be removed prior to each game. No tape or Band-Aids may be worn over earrings.
